1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates the finest sealing structure, ensuring a well-reasoned design and dependable functionality. It uses superior YX type polyurethane seals, which are resistant to oil and aging. Our machine's dual seal structure is designed for easy replacement and enhanced protection.Polyurethane seals, unlike rubber seals, offer superior resistance to oil and aging. Our machine features a dual-seal structure that's easy to replace and protects the internal components effectively.

Automatic control system: The machine handles automatic mold closing, exhausting, heating, temperature stabilization, vulcanization timing, alarms, and mold opening-all autonomously and efficiently.The machine autonomously manages mold closing, air exhausting, heating, maintaining stable temperature, vulcanization timing, alarms, and mold opening.

3. The digital display allows for precise setting and monitoring of vulcanizing temperatures, ensuring optimal performance.

4. Vulcanizing time is easily set on the PLC screen. For instance, if you need 1 minute of heating and vulcanizing, simply set it; the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold once the time is reached.

5. Constructed from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar undergoes quenching and tempering to significantly enhance hardness, wear resistance, and durability.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, ensuring high surface hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges from 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, guaranteeing a long lifespan.

8. The primary hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
