Machine Feature

1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates a superior sealing structure, characterized by an ingeniously crafted design and dependable functionality. The seals are of high-quality YX type,polyurethane seals (not rubber seals), renowned for their oil resistance and durability against aging. Our machine features a dual-seal structure, ensuring easy replacement and enhanced protection.

2. Automatic Control: Experience seamless operation with features like automatic mold closing, efficient exhausting, precise heating with stable temperature maintenance, and automatic timing for vulcanization. Enjoy the convenience of automatic alarming and mold opening, among other automated processes.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be precisely set and clearly displayed on the digital display.

4. Vulcanizing time is programmable via the PLC screen. Simply set the desired heating and vulcanizing time, e.g., 1 minute. Once the set time is reached, the machine will alert and open the mold automatically.

5. The pillar is crafted from high-quality #45 steel, offering enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasting a surface with exceptional hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges from 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, promising a prolonged lifetime for the plunger.

8. Main hydraulic spare parts are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
