1. The roller is crafted from high-quality alloy chilled cast iron, providing a surface that is exceptionally hard and wear-resistant. The surface hardness is HRC68-75, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.

2. The roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, offering smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and an extended lifespan.

3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, designed for straightforward and effortless operation.

4. The machine is equipped with an overload protection device to safeguard the main components from potential damage.

5. The machine features a single-drive transmission structure, using a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage to key parts from transmission overload.
