1. Superior Seal Design: The cylinder (piston) features an advanced seal structure with the best quality YX type polyurethane seals, offering oil resistance and aging resistance. Easy to change and maintain double seals ensure reliable function.

2. Full Automation: Enjoy automatic mold closing, exhausting, heating, stable temperature maintenance, and precise timing control forvulcanization. Features automatic alarming and mold opening for streamlined operations.

3. Digital Precision: Set and display vulcanizing temperature on the digital display for accurate control.

4. User-Friendly Timers: Set vulcanizing time easily on the PLC screen. For example, to heat and vulcanize for 1 minute, simply set it, and the machine will alarm and open the mold automatically when time is up.
