2. The tilting mechanism, a marvel of engineering, includes a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear. This ingenious system allows the mixing chamber to tilt a dynamic 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational efficiency and ease of maintenance.
3. Our rotor shaft is a masterpiece in durability, with its wing body top and wing corner meticulously welded with a wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft surface, along with the mixing chamber's inner wall, upper ram surface, and other stock-contacting surfaces, are expertly hardened, polished, and either chrome-plated or alloy-welded. This ensures exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, extending the service life of the machine.
4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure, with the rotor wing body solidly welded onto the bored shaft. This design significantly enhances the rotor's strength and stiffness. Moreover, the rotor's inner wing body cavity is designed to accommodate cooling water or heating steam, optimizing temperature regulation during operations.
5. Our mixing chamber features a jacket-type hollow structure, with the upper ram designed hollow to maximize cooling or heating area. This design significantly improves temperature control, ensuring consistent and efficient mixing processes.
6. The main driving system is a powerhouse of engineering, comprising a main motor, reducer, and connecting gearbox. It achieves odd-speed and face-to-face rotor rotation, optimizing the mixing efficiency and ensuring reliable performance.
