1. The cylinder (piston) is expertly crafted with top-tier seals structure, boasting a design that is both highly efficient and exceptionally trustworthy. These seals are premium quality YX type.Utilizing cutting-edge polyurethane seals instead of conventional rubber, this innovation resists oil and stands resilient against aging. Our machine features a sophisticated double seals structure, ensuring ease of replacement and superior protection.

2. Advanced Automatic Control: Experience seamless operations with features like automatic mold closure, efficient exhausting, and precise heating. The machine maintains a stable temperature, handling timing for vulcanization with ease. Enjoy fully automated alerts, mold opening, and other processes to streamline your workflow.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily adjustable and clearly displayed in a digital display, ensuring precise control.

4. Effortlessly set the vulcanizing time on the PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute cycle is desired, simply set it, and the machine will alert and automatically open the mold upon completion.

5. The pillars are crafted from superior quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear resistance, and durability through a meticulous quenching and tempering process.

6. The top beam and bottom plate boast a robust construction of premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo rigorous artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatments to eradicate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Constructed with LG-P cold hard alloy steel, the plunger exhibits outstanding surface hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, it ensures an extended lifespan.

8. The primary hydraulic components are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring unmatched quality and performance over local alternatives.
