1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates a superior sealing structure with YX-type polyurethane seals, ensuring oil resistance and durability. Our machine uses a dual-seal system for easy maintenance and enhanced protection.Polyurethane seals are chosen over rubber seals for their superior oil resistance and aging resilience, ensuring longevity and reliability.

2. Fully automatic control, including mold closing, air exhaust, heating, temperature maintenance, and timed vulcanization processes.Features automatic alarming and mold opening functions to streamline operations.

3. Digital display for setting and monitoring vulcanizing temperature with precision.

4. Easily set vulcanizing time on the PLC screen. For example, if you need 1 minute, the machine will alarm and automatically open the mold when the time is reached.

5. Pillar constructed from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering.

6. Top beam and bottom plate formation employ high-quality Q-235A ductile iron, processed through artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Plunger manufactured from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. The depth of the chilled layer ranges from 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long service life.
