1. The cylinder (piston) boasts an exemplary sealing structure, crafted with precision engineering for unparalleled reliability. The sealing component utilizes premium YX-type polyurethane seals, known for their superior oil resistance and resilience against aging.Our machine integrates a dual-seal architecture, distinctively designed for effortless replacement and enhanced protection, utilizing high-grade polyurethane seals instead of conventional rubber seals.

Automatic Control: Experience seamless automation with features like automatic mold closing, exhaust management, precise heating with stable temperature maintenance, and integrated timing for vulcanization. Alerts trigger automatically, managing mold openings and more, ensuring operational efficiency and precision.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily configured and displayed on a digital interface, providing clear and precise control at all times.

4. Set the vulcanizing time effortlessly on the PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute cycle is required, simply input the time, and the machine will alarm upon completion, subsequently opening the mold automatically.

5. The pillar is engineered from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing its hardness, wear, and abrasive resistance through advanced quenching and tempering processes.

6. The framework, comprising the top beam and bottom plate, is meticulously welded from superior Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, it's subjected to artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatments to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, features a surface with remarkable hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness rated at HRC 60-70, it ensures a long-lasting performance.
