1. The cylinder (piston) features an innovative seals structure, boasting a reasonable design and reliable function. Our top-quality YX type polyurethane seals are oil and aging resistant.Our machine employs a double seals structure that is easy to change and offers superior protection against environmental stresses.

2. Automatic Control: Experience seamless operation with automatic mold closing, exhausting, heating, and stable temperature maintenance.Automatic alarming, mold opening, and vulcanization timing make it a fully automated experience.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is set and displayed on the digital display for precision and convenience.

4. Vulcanizing time can be easily configured on the PLC screen. Simply set your desired duration, and the machine will alert and automatically open the mold thereafter.

5. The pillar, crafted from high-quality #45 steel, undergoes quenching and tempering to vastly improve its hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance.

6. The top beam and bottom plate form are constructed from superior Q-235A ductile iron, processed with artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasts high surface hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring extended longevity.

8. Main hydraulic spare parts are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
