1. The pneumatic control system, masterfully orchestrated by PLC instructions, features a bi-directional air cylinder that seamlessly maneuvers the ram. In cases of overload within the mixing chamber, the top ram ingeniously elevates, either automatically or manually, safeguarding the motor from potential overload.

2. The tilting mechanism, a marvel of engineering, comprises a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP-type worm and worm gear. It expertly facilitates the mixing chamber's 140-degree tilt around the front rotor, enhancing operational efficiency.

3. With a rotor shaft wing body and top wing corner fortified by wear-resistant alloy, the rotor shaft surface, mixing chamber inner wall, and upper ram surface are expertly hardened or polished, then plated with hard chrome or welded with wear-resistant alloy. This meticulous process ensures superior wear and corrosion resistance.

4. The rotor shaft, a paragon of integral construction, features a rotor wing body welded onto a bored shaft, significantly enhancing the rotor's strength and stiffness. Its inner wing body cavity allows for efficient passage of cooling water or heating steam.
