Product Application

This machine integrates rollers, a ZQbull gearbox (except XK-160), an electrical cabinet, a nylon bush transmission device, and the main motor. It is extensively utilized for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber and related materials.

1. The rollers are crafted from alloy chilled cast iron, providing a hard and wear-resistant surface with a hardness rating of HRC68-75.

2. Roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, ensuring smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and extended machine life.

3. Manual Roll Gap Adjustment: Simple and straightforward to operate, enabling quick adjustments.

4. Overload Protection: The machine is fitted with an overload protection device, safeguarding critical components from damage.

5. Single Drive Transmission: Uses a single drive type transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling, preventing damage due to transmission overload.
