1. The cylinder (piston) is engineered with the finest seal structure, showcasing a design that is both thoughtful and dependable. The seal component is crafted from high-quality YX type polyurethane, ensuring exceptional performance.Our machine features robust polyurethane seals (not rubber seals), offering superior resistance to oil and aging. The advanced double-seal structure makes replacements effortless and enhances protection.


2. Embrace effortless automation: with features like automatic mold closure, precise exhausting, consistent heating, stable temperature maintenance, and seamless timing for processes. This technological marvel includes automatic vulcanization timing, alarm notifications, and mold opening, ensuring a smooth operation from start to finish.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is adjustable and clearly displayed on a digital interface, providing ease and precision in control.

4. The vulcanizing time is easily set on the PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute duration is desired, simply set the timer. Upon completion, an audible alarm sounds, and the mold opens automatically.

5. Crafted from top-grade #45 steel, the pillar boasts remarkable hardness, wear resistance, and enhanced durability through specialized quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate stress and prevent deformations.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, providing exceptional surface hardness and resistance to wear. The chilled layer, with a depth of 8-15mm and a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensures longevity.

8. Our primary hydraulic components are sourced from Taiwan, guaranteeing superior quality over local alternatives.
