with a rubber mixer machine and specialized molds.

1. The equipment is a specially designed former for producing vibrant, colorized rubber tiles.

2. It offers automatic temperature control, auxiliary pressure functions, fixed-time alarms, and operates with minimal noise and vibration. The machine is leak-proof, user-friendly, and takes up limited floor space.

3. The former integrates the main engine, electrical control panel, and hydraulic station into one cohesive unit. It's designed for easy installation, maintenance, convenient operation, and safe running.

4. Complete processes of heating, molding, and solidifying are achieved simultaneously, allowing finished products to be produced within 8 to 10 minutes.
