1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates a superior sealing structure, designed with precision for optimal performance and reliability. The sealing components are of premium YX type.Our machine utilizes high-quality polyurethane seals, not traditional rubber seals, which are highly resistant to oil and aging. Featuring a double seal structure, the seals are not only resilient but also effortless to replace and maintain.

2. Advanced Automatic Control: Experience seamless operations with features such as automatic mold closing, exhaust control, precise heating with stable temperature maintenance, and more. Automated processes include vulcanization timing, alerts, and mold opening, ensuring efficiency and safety throughout the operation.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is conveniently set and displayed digitally, ensuring precise control and monitoring.

4. Programmable vulcanizing time via the PLC screen allows for exact timing. For instance, if a 1-minute cycle is needed, simply set it, and once complete, the machine will alert and open the mold automatically.

5. The pillar, crafted from premium #45 steel, boasts enhanced hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance due to advanced quenching and tempering techniques.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are skillfully welded from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses, thus preventing deformation.

7. The plunger, made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, features a surface with exceptional hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness rated at HRC 60-70, this ensures a long-lasting component.
