Product Application

This machine primarily includes rollers, a ZQbull gearbox (excluding XK-160), an electrical cabinet, a nylon bush transmission device, and a main motor. It is extensively used for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber.

1. The roller is constructed from alloy chilled cast iron, offering a hard, wear-resistant surface with a hardness of HRC68-75.

2. Roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, ensuring smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and prolonged service life.

3. Roll gap adjustment is manually controlled for straightforward operation.

4. Equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard main components from damage.

5. Utilizes a single drive type transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage due to overload.

6. Features an integral base with a closed transmission mode for safe and user-friendly operation.

7. Includes an emergency button and pulling rope as safety devices.

8. Integrated with four lubrication devices suitable for grease lubrication.

9. Equipped with a PLC control cabinet, ensuring compatibility with your local industrial voltage and frequency.
