2. The tilting mechanism is an engineering marvel, comprising a state-of-the-art brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear assembly. This sophisticated system facilitates the seamless tilting of the mixing chamber by a precise 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational efficiency.
3. The rotor shaft wing, body top, and wing corners are expertly welded with a wear-resistant alloy, ensuring durability. The rotor shaft surface, mixing chamber inner wall, upper ram surface, and other stock-interacting surfaces are meticulously hardened or polished and plated with hard chrome, or coated with wear-resistant alloy welding, providing superior wear and corrosion resistance.
4. The rotor shaft features an integral structure with the rotor wing body skillfully welded onto a bored shaft, significantly enhancing the rotor's strength and stiffness. The inner wing body cavity of the rotor is designed to accommodate cooling water or heating steam, optimizing thermal regulation.
