1. Our machine boasts a meticulously designed cylinder (piston) that incorporates an outstanding sealing structure. The construction is both reasonable and reliable, utilizing superior quality YX type seals.The high-performance polyurethane seals (distinct from rubber seals) offer exceptional oil resistance and aging resilience. Our innovative machine adopts a dual-seal structure, ensuring effortless maintenance and optimal protection for the seals.

2. Cutting-edge Automatic Control: Experience seamless automation with features like automatic mold closing, efficient exhausting, precise heating with stable temperature maintenance, automated timing for vulcanization, timely alerts, and smooth automatic mold opening, among others.

3. The digital display allows user-friendly setting and visualization of the vulcanizing temperature, enhancing operational precision.

4. Easily set vulcanizing time on the PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute cycle is desired, simply set it directly. Upon completion, an alert will sound, and the machine will automatically open the mold.

5. Constructed from premium #45 steel, the pillar's hardness and resistance to wear and abrasion are significantly enhanced through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using top-grade Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment, effectively eliminating internal stress and preventing deformation.

7. The plunger, crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, features a surface with remarkable hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, the plunger is engineered for an extended lifespan.
