2. The tilting mechanism is an engineering marvel, composed of a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, TP type worm, and worm gear. This impeccable arrangement enables the mixing chamber to tilt gracefully by 140 degrees around the front rotor, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
3. The rotor shaft boasts wings and corners reinforced with a wear-resistant alloy. The surface of the rotor shaft, the mixing chamber's inner walls, the top of the upper ram, and all other surfaces interacting with stock are meticulously hardened or polished and layered with hard chrome, or they are enhanced with wear-resistant alloy welding. This ensures unrivaled resistance to wear and corrosion.
4. The rotor shaft's integral structure is enhanced by having the rotor wing body welded onto the bored shaft, thus augmenting the rotor's strength and rigidity. The inner wing body cavity of the rotor is ingeniously designed to accommodate cooling water or heating steam, offering versatile temperature management.
5. The mixing chamber features a sophisticated jacket-type hollow structure. The upper ram is ingeniously hollowed to augment the area for cooling or heating, thereby optimizing the temperature control effect.
