Machine Feature

1. The Pneumatic control system is expertly managed by PLC instructions. A dual-direction air cylinder facilitates seamless movement of the ram, enabling it to ascend or descend. In the event of an overload within the mixing chamber, the top ram ingeniously elevates either automatically or manually as needed, thus safeguarding the motor against overload.

2. The tilting mechanism is an engineering marvel, composed of a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, TP type worm, and worm gear. This impeccable arrangement enables the mixing chamber to tilt gracefully by 140 degrees around the front rotor, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

3. The rotor shaft boasts wings and corners reinforced with a wear-resistant alloy. The surface of the rotor shaft, the mixing chamber's inner walls, the top of the upper ram, and all other surfaces interacting with stock are meticulously hardened or polished and layered with hard chrome, or they are enhanced with wear-resistant alloy welding. This ensures unrivaled resistance to wear and corrosion.

4. The rotor shaft's integral structure is enhanced by having the rotor wing body welded onto the bored shaft, thus augmenting the rotor's strength and rigidity. The inner wing body cavity of the rotor is ingeniously designed to accommodate cooling water or heating steam, offering versatile temperature management.

5. The mixing chamber features a sophisticated jacket-type hollow structure. The upper ram is ingeniously hollowed to augment the area for cooling or heating, thereby optimizing the temperature control effect.

6. The main driving system is an epitome of precision engineering, comprising a main motor, a reducer, and a connecting gearbox. This ensemble achieves odd-speed and face-to-face rotor rotation, ensuring unparalleled performance.

7. The electrical control system is a testament to advanced technology, employing an imported PLC device. All electronic components are sourced from imported or cutting-edge introduction technology products, significantly enhancing the system's reliability.
