Product Application

This machine primarily comprises rollers, ZQbull gearbox (except XK-160), electrical cabinet, nylon bush transmission device, and main motor. It is extensively used for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber.

Main Features

1. The roller is crafted from alloy chilled cast iron, boasting a hard and wear-resistant surface with a hardness rating of HRC68-75.

2. Rollers' ends are supported by the roller ball bearing bush, ensuring smooth operation, energy efficiency, reduced noise, and extended lifespan.

3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, providing simple and straightforward operation.

4. The machine is equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard the main components from damage.

5. Featuring a single drive type transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling, the machine prevents damage from transmission part overloads.

6. The integral type base and closed transmission mode ensure safety and ease of use.

7. An emergency button and pulling rope are installed as safety devices.

8. The machine includes four sets of lubrication devices suitable for grease lubrication.

9. Equipped with a PLC control cabinet, the machine is adaptable to your local industrial voltage and frequency requirements.
