Featuring top-tier YX-type polyurethane seals, not typical rubber, these seals excel in oil resistance and aging endurance. Our machine integrates a dual-seal system, ensuring ease of replacement and extended protection.

2. Seamless Automatic Control: Experience the innovation of automatic mold closing, precise exhausting, consistent heating, and stable temperature maintenance, all seamlessly managed.Continue with automatic vulcanization, timely alerts, and effortless mold opening, all enhancing efficiency.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally presented, offering easy setting and monitoring.

4. The vulcanizing time is easily programmable via the intuitive PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute cycle is desired, simply input the duration. Upon completion, the system alerts and automatically opens the mold.

5. Crafted from premium #45 steel, the pillar boasts exceptional hardness and superior wear resistance, achieved through expert quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate form are constructed using high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eradicate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a surface of exceptional hardness and wear resistance. It has a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness of HRC 60-70, significantly extending its lifespan.
