2. The Tilting Mechanism is a masterpiece of engineering, featuring a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear. It effortlessly rotates the mixing chamber to a precise 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational efficiency.
3. Built to endure, the rotor shaft wing body and wing corner are fortified with a wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft surface, inner mixing chamber wall, upper ram surface, and all stock-contact surfaces are hardened, polished, and plated with hard chrome or fortified with wear-resistant alloy welding, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to corrosion.
4. Designed for robustness, the rotor shaft boasts an integral structure with the rotor wing body securely welded onto the bored shaft, enhancing both strength and stiffness. The interior wing cavity can accommodate cooling water or heating steam to regulate temperature.
5. The mixing chamber is ingeniously crafted with a jacket-type hollow structure. The upper ram is also hollow, maximizing the area for cooling or heating, thereby improving temperature control for consistent mixing quality.
6. Powering the operation is the Main Driving System, comprising a main motor, reducer, and connecting gearbox. It executes the odd-speed, face-to-face rotation of rotors with precision and reliability.
