1. The cylinder (piston) is equipped with a premier sealing structure, showcasing a design that is both ingeniously crafted and dependably functional. The sealing components are of top-tier quality, employing YX-type polyurethane seals (instead of rubber seals) that excel in oil resistance and aging resistance.Our machine incorporates a dual-seal configuration, ensuring easy maintenance and optimum protection of the sealing elements.

Advanced Automatic Control: Experience seamless operation with features such as automatic mold closing, exhaustive air expulsion, precise heating with stable temperature maintenance, and punctual timing for vulcanization. Be assured with automatic alerts, mold opening, and more, ensuring utmost reliability and efficiency in every operation.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is conveniently customizable and displayed on a digital screen for precise monitoring.

4. Set the vulcanizing time effortlessly on the PLC screen. For instance, for a 1-minute heating and vulcanization process, simply input the time. Once the duration is met, an alert will sound, and the machine will automatically open the mold, enhancing productivity and ease of use.

5. The pillars are constructed from premium #45 steel. Through quenching and tempering, their hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance have been significantly enhanced, ensuring durability and robustness.

6. The top beam and bottom plate forms are meticulously welded using high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatments to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation, ensuring structural integrity.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, with a surface that boasts high hardness and wear resistance. Its chilled layer is 8-15mm deep with a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, promising extended lifespan and reliability.

8. The primary hydraulic spare parts are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands, reinforcing the machine's performance and longevity.
