1. The Cylinder (Piston) Features Optimal Seals Structure, Designed for Reliability. Equipped with Superior YX Type Polyurethane Seals, Resistant to Oil and Aging. The Machine Incorporates a Double Seals Structure for Easy Replacement and Protection.

2. Advanced Automatic Control: Mold Closing, Exhausting, Heating, Stable Temperature Maintenance, Timing for Vulcanization, Alarming, and Mold Opening.

3. Vulcanizing Temperature is Digitally Displayed and Adjustable.

4. Vulcanizing Time is Settable via the PLC Screen. For Example, Set it to 1 Minute, and the Machine will Alarm and Automatically Open the Mold Once Completed.

5. Pillars are Crafted from High-Quality #45 Steel, Enhanced for Hardness, Wear Resistance, and Abrasion Resistance through Quenching and Tempering.

6. Top Beam and Bottom Plate are Fabricated from Premium Q-235A Ductile Iron, Undergoing Artificial Vibration or High-Temperature Aging Treatment to Eliminate Internal Stress and Prevent Deformation.

7. Plunger is Made of LG-P Cold Hard Alloy Steel with High Hardness and Wear Resistance. The Chilled Layer Depth Ranges from 8-15mm, Hardness Rated at HRC 60-70, Ensuring Longevity.
