Product Application

This machine primarily comprises rollers, ZQbull gearbox (excluding XK-160), electrical cabinet, nylon bush transmission device, main motor, and more. It is widely employed for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber.

1. The roller is crafted from alloy chilled cast iron with a hard, wear-resistant surface. Surface hardness is HRC68-75.


2. The roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, ensuring smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and extended lifespan.


3. Roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, making it simple to operate.


4. Equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard critical components from damage.


5. Features a single-drive transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling to protect key parts from overload damages.


6. Integral base design with a closed transmission mode for safety and ease of use.


7. Fitted with an emergency button and pulling rope as safety measures.


8. Includes four sets of lubrication devices suitable for grease lubrication.
