Product Application

1. The rollers are crafted from alloy chilled cast iron, featuring a hardened and wear-resistant surface with a hardness of HRC68-75.


2. Roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, offering smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and extended lifespan.


3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, making the operation straightforward and user-friendly.


4. Equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard crucial components from potential damage.


5. The machine uses a single drive type transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage from transmission overloads.


6. The base is of integral type and employs closed transmission mode, ensuring safety and ease of use.


7. Safety is enhanced with the installation of an emergency button and a pulling rope.
