1. The cylinder (piston) is engineered with a superior sealing structure, delivering a design that is both ingenious and dependable. Outfitted with premium YX type polyurethane seals, it ensures resistance to oil and aging, distinguishing itself from conventional rubber seals. Featuring a dual-seal configuration, our machine promises effortless maintenance and enhanced protection.

2. Experience seamless automation with our machine's advanced features: automatic mold closure, efficient air release, precise heating, and stable temperature control. Enjoy worry-free, consistent performance with automated timing for vulcanization, along with intuitive alerts and an innovative automatic mold release system, among others.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily configurable and displayed on a digital interface, enabling precise monitoring and control.

4. Set your desired vulcanizing time effortlessly on the PLC screen. For instance, initiate a 1-minute heat and vulcanization cycle with a simple input. The machine alerts you upon completion and automatically releases the mold.

7. The plunger, constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, showcases remarkable hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, the plunger is designed for an extended lifespan.
