2. The advanced tilting mechanism incorporates a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear. This sophisticated system empowers the mixing chamber to tilt a remarkable 140 degrees around the front rotor, facilitating easy access and efficient operation, and ensuring robust performance and operational flexibility.
3. Designed with precision, the rotor shaft's wing body top and corners are meticulously welded with a wear-resistant alloy. The entire rotor shaft surface, alongside the mixing chamber's inner walls, upper ram surface, and all stock-contact surfaces, undergo hardening or polishing and are further enhanced with hard chrome plating or wear-resistant alloy welding. This meticulous craftsmanship guarantees exceptional wear and corrosion resistance, promising durability and longevity.
4. The rotor shaft is ingeniously crafted as an integral structure, with the rotor wing body expertly welded onto a bored shaft. This design significantly amplifies the rotor's strength and stiffness. Furthermore, the rotor's inner wing body cavity is ingeniously designed to accommodate cooling water or heating steam, ensuring optimal temperature regulation and efficiency.
5. The mixing chamber boasts a jacket-type hollow structure, maximizing temperature control capabilities. The upper ram is also hollow, ingeniously increasing the area available for cooling or heating. This design significantly enhances the overall temperature control effect, ensuring consistent and precise material processing.
6. The robust main driving system comprises a main motor, reducer, and connecting gearbox, achieving odd-speed and face-to-face rotor rotation. This configuration ensures powerful, efficient, and reliable operation, aligning with the most demanding industrial applications.
