2. The Tilting Mechanism is a marvel of engineering, composed of a brake motor, a cycloidal gear reducer, and a TP type worm and worm gear assembly. This dynamic mechanism empowers the mixing chamber to tilt gracefully by 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency.

3. Embrace durability with the rotor shaft wing body, where the top and wing corners are expertly welded with wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft's surface, the inner walls of the mixing chamber, the upper ram surface, and other stock-contacting surfaces are fortified through hardening, polishing, and hard chrome plating, or reinforced with wear-resistant alloy welding. This ensures remarkable resistance to wear and corrosion.

4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure with the rotor wing body welded onto the bored shaft, significantly enhancing both strength and stiffness. The rotor's inner wing body cavity is ingeniously designed to accommodate cooling water or heating steam, optimizing thermal management.

5. The mixing chamber features a sophisticated jacket-type hollow structure, and the upper ram is meticulously crafted to be hollow, augmenting both cooling and heating areas. This design elevates the efficacy of temperature control, promising a superior mixing experience.

6. At the heart of the main driving system lies the powerful main motor, coupled with a reducer and connecting gearbox. The odd-speed and face-to-face rotation of the rotors are masterfully achieved, ensuring supreme performance and precision.
