2. The Tilting Mechanism is a marvel of engineering, composed of a brake motor, a cycloidal gear reducer, and a TP type worm and worm gear assembly. This dynamic mechanism empowers the mixing chamber to tilt gracefully by 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational flexibility and efficiency.
3. Embrace durability with the rotor shaft wing body, where the top and wing corners are expertly welded with wear-resistant alloy. The rotor shaft's surface, the inner walls of the mixing chamber, the upper ram surface, and other stock-contacting surfaces are fortified through hardening, polishing, and hard chrome plating, or reinforced with wear-resistant alloy welding. This ensures remarkable resistance to wear and corrosion.
4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure with the rotor wing body welded onto the bored shaft, significantly enhancing both strength and stiffness. The rotor's inner wing body cavity is ingeniously designed to accommodate cooling water or heating steam, optimizing thermal management.
