1. The cylinder (piston) features an optimal seal structure with high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, designed for oil resistance and durability. The double seal structure ensures easy maintenance and extended longevity.

2. Complete automation includes automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, temperature stabilization, and precise timing.vulcanization, automatic alarming, mold opening, and more advanced automated functionalities.

3. Digital display for setting and monitoring vulcanizing temperature, ensuring precision control.

4. PLC screen allows for programmable vulcanizing time settings. Set the desired time, and the machine will handle the rest, alerting and opening molds automatically.

5. Constructed with high-quality #45 steel, the pillar is enhanced for superior hardness, wear resistance, and longevity through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasts a high hardness and wear-resistant surface. The chilled layer, measuring 8-15mm in depth with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensures long-term durability.
