1. The cylinder (piston) adopts the best seals structure, featuring a reasonable design and reliable function. The seals part is high-quality YX-type polyurethane, which is oil-resistant and aging-resistant. Our machine uses a double-seal structure, making the seals easy to change and protect.
2. Automatic control: automatic mold closing, automatic exhausting, automatic heating, maintaining stable temperature, automatic timing for vulcanization, automatic alarming, automatic mold opening, etc.
3. The vulcanizing temperature can be set and displayed digitally.
4. Vulcanizing time can be set on the PLC screen. For instance, if you set it to heat and vulcanize for 1 minute, the machine will automatically alarm and open the mold when the time is reached.
5. The pillar is made of high-quality #45 steel, significantly improving hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance through quenching and tempering.
6. The top beam and bottom plate form are welded with high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel. Its surface boasts high hardness and wear resistance, with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70, granting the plunger a long lifespan.
8. Main hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
