1. The cylinder (piston) integrates the finest seal structure, featuring a smart design and dependable functionality. Utilizes premium YX-type polyurethane seals for enhanced performance.High-quality polyurethane seals (not rubber), resistant to oil and aging. Our machine employs a double seal structure for easy maintenance and protection.

2. Comprehensive automatic control: automatic mold closing, exhausting, heating, constant temperature maintenance, vulcanization timing, alarming, and mold opening.Ensures precision and efficiency with automatic vulcanization, timely alarms, and seamless mold opening.

3. Digital display allows precise vulcanizing temperature settings and readings.

4. Set vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, if set to 1 minute, the machine alarms and opens the mold automatically once the time elapses.

5. Pillars crafted from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhanced for hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron, meticulously welded and treated with artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. Plunger made from LG-P cold hard alloy steel with superior hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer is 8-15mm deep with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring longevity.

8. Hydraulic spare parts are predominantly imported from Taiwan, guaranteeing superior quality over local brands.
