1. The cylinder (piston) is expertly crafted utilizing top-tier seals structure, coupling innovative design with dependable functionality. This component is fortified with superior quality YX type polyurethane seals.Renowned for their resistance to oil and aging, these seals enhance the machine's performance, offering a robust double-seal configuration that is both easily replaceable and protective.

2. Au courant automation: The machine boasts an array of automatic features including seamless mold closing, efficient exhausting, precise heating, and stable temperature maintenance. 4. Vulcanizing time management is rendered simple through the PLC screen. Simply input the desired duration, such as 1 minute, and the machine will alert you upon completion, automatically opening the mold.

6. The top beam and base plate boast a robust design, skillfully welded from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel. Its surface exhibits exceptional hardness and wear resistance, with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring an extended lifespan.
