It also includes automatic timing for vulcanization, timely alarms, and smooth mold opening, ensuring an effortless operational experience.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is intuitively managed via a digital display, allowing for precise setting and monitoring.

4. Vulcanizing time management is rendered simple through the PLC screen. Simply input the desired duration, such as 1 minute, and the machine will alert you upon completion, automatically opening the mold.

5. Constructed using premium #45 steel, the pillar exhibits enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive endurance thanks to advanced quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and base plate boast a robust design, skillfully welded from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel. Its surface exhibits exceptional hardness and wear resistance, with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring an extended lifespan.

8. The key hydraulic components are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands, elevating the machine's reliability and performance.
