Machine Feature

1. The pneumatic control system is expertly managed by PLC instructions. Featuring a bi-directional air cylinder, it ensures smooth ram movements either up or down. In the event of an overload within the mixing chamber, the top ram can be seamlessly elevated, either automatically or manually if needed, offering robust protection to the motor against overload.

2. The innovative tilting mechanism is comprised of a brake motor, cycloidal gear reducer, and TP type worm and worm gear, among other components. This mechanism enables the mixing chamber to tilt effortlessly by 140 degrees around the front rotor, enhancing operational efficiency.

3. The rotor shaft wing body top and wing corners are meticulously reinforced with wear-resistant alloy. Surfaces including the rotor shaft, the inner wall of the mixing chamber, the upper ram, and any stock-contacting areas are either hardened, polished, and plated with hard chrome, or expertly welded with wear-resistant alloy for exceptional wear and corrosion resistance.

4. The rotor shaft boasts an integral structure with the rotor wing body welded onto a bored shaft, significantly enhancing the rotor's strength and rigidity. The rotor's inner wing body cavity is capable of accommodating either cooling water or heating steam, thereby optimizing performance.

5. Featuring a jacket-type hollow structure, the mixing chamber is designed for superior thermal control. The upper ram is also hollow, maximizing the area available for cooling or heating, thus improving temperature regulation and control.

6. The main driving system is powered by a sophisticated assembly consisting of a main motor, reducer, and connecting gearbox, expertly achieving odd-speed and face-to-face rotor rotation, ensuring consistent and reliable mixing results.

7. The electrical control system is enhanced with cutting-edge technology, utilizing imported PLC devices. All electronic components are either imported or created using advanced technology products, ensuring the system's unparalleled reliability and performance.
