1. Our cylinder (piston) boasts an impeccable seal structure, designed for optimal performance. The high-quality YX type seals ensure resilience and reliability.Equipped with double-seal polyurethane components, these seals are oil and aging resistant, promising durability and ease of maintenance.

2. Enjoy the convenience of automatic operations: automatic mold closing, heat regulation, and precise vulcanization timing, all seamlessly managed.This includes automatic alarm and mold opening functions for a truly hands-free experience.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily set and displayed digitally, ensuring accurate temperature control.

4. Vulcanizing time is configurable via the PLC screen. Simply set your desired duration, and upon completion, the machine will alert you and open the mold autonomously.

5. Crafted from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar is enhanced for superior hardness and wear resistance through rigorous quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using premium Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging to mitigate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasting a high-hardness surface with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring long-lasting durability.
