1. The cylinder, also known as the piston, is crafted with a superior seal structure. Its design is both rational and dependable, ensuring optimal functionality. The sealing component utilizes premium quality YX type polyurethane seals, not your typical rubber seals.This advanced sealing solution is not only resistant to oil but also to the effects of aging. Our machine proudly features a dual-seal structure, making the seals exceptionally easy to replace and offering enhanced protection.

Experience the elegance of automatic control: our machine facilitates seamless operations with automatic mold closing, efficient air exhaust systems, precise heating, and stable temperature maintenance, all complemented by accurate timing for vulcanization. 4. Setting vulcanizing time has never been simpler, thanks to the user-friendly PLC screen. Whether you need a quick 1-minute heat and vulcanization process, simply set your preference directly. As soon as the time elapses, an alarm will notify you, followed by the automatic opening of the mold.

5. The pillar is composed of high-quality #45 steel, its hardness and resistance to wear and abrasions are significantly enhanced through a meticulous process of quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded using superior Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to effectively eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is a testament to durability, crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel. Its surface boasts remarkable hardness and wear resistance. The depth of the chilled layer ranges from 8-15mm, with a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, ensuring the plunger's longevity.
