1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates the finest sealing structure available, boasting a balanced design and unwavering reliability. It utilizes high-quality YX type polyurethane seals (as opposed to rubber seals), which are resistant to oil and aging. Our machine is engineered with a double seal structure, ensuring ease of replacement and superior protection.Polyurethane seals, renowned for their oil resistance and anti-aging properties, outshine conventional rubber seals. Our machine's double-seal structure ensures longevity, with seals that are effortlessly replaceable and provide robust protection.

2. Experience seamless automation: effortless mold closure, efficient automatic exhausting, precise automatic heating, and a consistently stable temperature. Enjoy automatic timing for vulcanization, coupled with automatic alerts and mold opening, all orchestrated for your convenience. Vulcanization timing is synchronized with automatic alerts, followed by automatic mold opening, delivering a streamlined and user-friendly process.

4. Enjoy the convenience of setting the vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, if a one-minute cycle is required, simply set the timer. Upon completion, an alert will sound, and the machine will automatically open the mold, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

5. The pillar, crafted from superior #45 steel, undergoes quenching and tempering to significantly enhance its hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive endurance.

6. The top beam and bottom plate, constructed from premium Q-235A ductile iron, are meticulously welded and undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment. This process eliminates internal stress, effectively preventing deformation and ensuring structural integrity.

7. The plunger, composed of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, features a surface with exceptional hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer, ranging from 8-15mm in depth, boasts a hardness of HRC 60-70, substantially extending the plunger's lifespan.
