1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates an exceptional sealing structure, crafted with precision to ensure a flawless design and unmatched reliability. The sealing component is made from high-quality YX typepolyurethane seals, not your ordinary rubber seals, offering superior oil resistance and remarkable aging resistance. Our machine features a dual-seal structure that is easy to replace and provides enhanced protection.

3. The vulcanizing temperature can be conveniently set and clearly displayed on the digital display for precision and ease of use.

4. Effortlessly set the vulcanizing time on the intuitive PLC screen. For instance, if you desire a one-minute heat and vulcanize cycle, simply set it directly. At the end of the minute, the machine will alert you and open the mold automatically.

5. The pillar, forged from premium #45 steel, boasts superior hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance, significantly enhanced through quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are masterfully welded using top-grade Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatments to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger, crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, possesses exceptional surface hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges between 8-15mm, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a prolonged lifespan.
