1. The cylinder (piston) incorporates an exceptional sealing structure, boasting a well-thought-out design and dependable functionality. The sealing components are crafted with superior quality YX type polyurethane seals, offering outstanding oil and aging resistance.Our machine features a dual-seal structure, ensuring seamless oil resistance and longevity. The sealing parts are conveniently replaceable and designed for optimal protection.

2. Automatic control: Experience seamless automation with features like automatic mold closing, air expulsion, precise heating, and temperature stabilization, all meticulously timed to perfection. Vulcanization processes are enhanced with automatic alerts, mold opening, and more, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is easily programmable and displayed on a digital screen, offering precise control and monitoring.

4. Set your desired vulcanizing time effortlessly using the PLC screen. For instance, if you wish to heat and vulcanize for 1 minute, simply set it directly. Upon completion, the machine will alert you before automatically opening the mold.

5. The pillar is engineered with premium #45 steel, significantly enhanced for hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance through quenching and tempering processes.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, providing high surface hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness rated at HRC 60-70, the plunger ensures a long-lasting performance.
