Product Application

This machine primarily consists of rollers, ZQbull gearbox (excluding XK-160), electrical cabinet, nylon bush transmission device, main motor, and more. It is extensively used for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber.

1. The roller is crafted from alloy chilled cast iron, featuring a hard, wear-resistant surface with a hardness rating of HRC68-75.

2. The roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, ensuring smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and prolonged lifespan.

3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled for straightforward operation.

4. Equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard the main components from damage.

5. The machine utilizes a single-drive type transmission structure with a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage from transmission overload.

6. Features an integral base with a closed transmission mode for enhanced safety and ease of use.

7. Includes an emergency button and pulling rope as additional safety measures.

8. Equipped with four sets of lubrication devices suitable for grease lubrication.
