High-quality YX type seals ensure top performance.Polyurethane seals (not rubber seal) provide exceptional oil resistance and aging resistance. 5. Constructed from high-quality #45 steel, the pillar offers superior hardness, wear resistance, and durability, achieved through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate form is expertly welded using top-grade Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding treatments like artificial vibration or high-temperature aging eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel with high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges 8-15mm, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long-lasting performance.
