Benefit from automatic timeliness for vulcanization, alerts, and effortless mold opening, providing a user-friendly experience.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is effortlessly adjustable and can be clearly viewed on our state-of-the-art digital display.

4. Set vulcanizing time conveniently via the PLC screen. Simply input your desired duration, like 1 minute, and the machine will sound an alarm and automatically open the mold upon completion.

5. The pillar is precision-engineered from high-quality #45 steel, with significantly enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability due to advanced quenching and tempering techniques.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are robustly welded using Q-235A ductile iron of superior quality. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to relieve internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is constructed from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasting a surface with remarkable hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer is 8-15mm deep, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring an extended lifespan.

8. The majority of hydraulic spare parts are of superior quality, imported directly from Taiwan, surpassing local alternatives.
