1. The roller is crafted from high-quality alloy chilled cast iron with a hardened, wear-resistant surface. The surface hardness ranges from HRC68-75, ensuring long-lasting durability.

2. Roller ends are supported by roller ball bearing bushes, which provide smooth operation, energy efficiency, reduced noise levels, and extended lifespan.

3. Manual control roll gap adjustment offers straightforward operation, enhancing user convenience.

4. Equipped with an overload protection device, the machine safeguards crucial components from damage.

5. The single drive transmission structure incorporates a nylon pin coupling to mitigate damage to key parts caused by transmission overload.

6. Featuring an integral base and enclosed transmission mode, the machine ensures user safety and ease of operation.
