1. The cylinder (piston) utilizes an advanced seals structure, designed for reliability and durability. It incorporates high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, which resist oil and aging. Our machine features a double seals structure for easy maintenance and protection.
2. Fully automatic control: automatic mold closing, exhausting, heating, and temperature stabilization, with automatic timing forvulcanization, automatic alarming, and mold opening.
3. The vulcanizing temperature can be set and displayed digitally for precise control.
4. Vulcanizing time is adjustable via the PLC screen. For example, to vulcanize for 1 minute, simply set it on the screen. The machine will alarm and open the mold automatically when the time is reached.
5. Constructed with high-quality #45 steel, the pillar offers enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability through quenching and tempering.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are made from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron and undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, providing high hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth is 8-15mm with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long lifespan.
8. Main hydraulic spare parts are imported from Taiwan, ensuring superior quality over local brands.
