1. The cylinder (piston) showcases a superior seal structure with a thoughtfully designed, reliable function. Utilizing high-quality YX-type polyurethane seals, our machine offers oil resistance and durability, outperforming traditional rubber seals. Our double-seal structure ensures easy maintenance and protection.
2. Full Automation: Includes automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating with stable temperature maintenance, and precise timing forvulcanization, plus features like automatic alarming and mold opening.
3. Digital Display for Setting and Showing Vulcanizing Temperature.
4. PLC Screen Allows Easy Setting of Vulcanizing Time. Simply input the desired duration, and the machine will alert and open the mold once the time is reached.
5. Constructed with High-Quality #45 Steel, our pillars undergo quenching and tempering to enhance hardness, wear resistance, and durability.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from superior Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is made from high-grade LG-P cold hard alloy steel. Its surface boasts high hardness and wear resistance, with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring longevity.
