1. The cylinder (piston) utilizes an exemplary seals structure, featuring a well-thought-out design with dependable functionality. We use premium YX type polyurethane seals instead of rubber, offering superior oil and aging resistance. Our double seals structure is easily replaceable and highly protective.
2. Fully automated control includes functions such as automatic mold closing, air exhaust, heating, stable temperature maintenance, and more.Automatic vulcanization timing, alarming, and mold opening enhance efficiency and ease of use.
3. The vulcanizing temperature is digitally displayed and can be conveniently set, allowing for precise temperature management.
4. Easily set the vulcanizing time on the PLC screen. For a 1-minute cycle, set your preference, and the machine will automatically alert and open the mold after completion.
5. The pillar, crafted from high-quality #45 steel, boasts enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and abrasive resistance due to advanced quenching and tempering techniques.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are meticulously welded using superior Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stresses and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger, made of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, features a high hardness, wear-resistant surface with a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and hardness ranging from HRC 60-70 for extended longevity.
