1. The cylinder (piston) is designed with the finest seals structure, emphasizing a reasonable design and reliable function. Utilizing high-quality YX type polyurethane seals, it is oil-resistant and aging-resistant. Our machine incorporates a double seals structure, ensuring ease of maintenance and protection.
2. Empowering automation with features like automatic mold closing, air exhaust, consistent heating, and stable temperature maintenance, all to enhance your operational efficiency.Automatic vulcanization, automatic alarms, and mold opening streamline processes for maximum productivity.
3. The vulcanizing temperature is precisely adjustable and digitally displayed, offering intuitive control over processing conditions.
4. Set vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For example, if you desire a 1-minute cycle, simply configure it, and the machine will alert and open the mold automatically after completion.
5. The pillar is crafted from high-quality #45 steel, significantly enhancing hardness, wear, and abrasion resistance through quenching and tempering processes.
6. The top beam and bottom plate are expertly welded with top-grade Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation.
7. The plunger is manufactured from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, boasting high surface hardness and wear resistance. The chilled layer depth ranges from 8-15mm, with a hardness of HRC 60-70, ensuring a long lifespan.
