with rubber mixer machine and mold.

Main feature

1. The equipment is a specialized former designed to produce colorized rubber tiles.

2. It can control temperature automatically, provide auto auxiliary pressure, alarm at fixed times, and operates with little noise, low vibration, no leakage, easy operation, and minimal floor space use.

3. The former includes a main engine, an electrical control panel, and a hydraulic station. The complete machine is integratively designed, making it easy to install, maintain, operate, and run safely.

4. Heating, molding, and solidifying can be completed simultaneously, allowing finished goods to be produced within 8 to 10 minutes.

5. The mold uses an automatic adjustable rail device for pushing and pulling, enhancing efficiency and reducing labor intensity. We can produce tiles of varying thicknesses with a single mold.
