1. The cylinder (piston) boasts an optimal sealing structure, engineered with an exceptional design for unparalleled performance. It features premium quality YX type polyurethane seals, not rubber seals, making it highly resistant to oil and aging.Our machine incorporates an innovative dual seal structure that ensures easy replacement and protection for the seals, offering exceptional oil and aging resistance.

Automatic Control: Experience seamless operations with our machine's comprehensive automated functions including automatic mold closing, efficient air exhausting, precision heating, stable temperature maintenance, and precise timing for vulcanization. Automatic alarms, mold opening, and more ensure ultimate convenience.

3. The vulcanization temperature is easily adjustable and can be monitored on the digital display, ensuring precision and control in every operation.

4. Vulcanizing time is programmable directly on the PLC screen. If a 1-minute heating and vulcanization is desired, simply set the duration and the machine will alert you and automatically open the mold upon completion.

5. The pillar is crafted from superior #45 steel, offering enhanced hardness, wear resistance, and durability through advanced quenching and tempering processes.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are meticulously welded using high-quality Q-235A ductile iron. Post-welding, they undergo artificial vibration or high-temperature aging treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation, ensuring lasting structural integrity.

7. The plunger is crafted from LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a surface with high hardness and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness rating of HRC 60-70, the plunger is designed for a prolonged lifespan.

8. Core hydraulic components are sourced from Taiwan, ensuring superior performance and reliability compared to local brands.
