Product Application

This machine mainly consists of rollers, ZQbull gearbox (except XK-160), electrical cabinet, nylon bush transmission device, main motor, etc. It is widely used for mixing, warming, and sheeting rubber.

1. The roller is crafted from alloy chilled cast iron. Its surfaces are hard and wear-resistant, with a surface hardness of HRC68-75.

2. The ends of the rollers are supported by roller ball bearing bushes. This provides smooth operation, energy efficiency, low noise, and extended lifespan.

3. The roll gap adjustment is manually controlled, making operation straightforward and user-friendly.

4. The machine is equipped with an overloading protection device to safeguard the main components from damage.

5. It adopts a single drive type transmission structure and utilizes a nylon pin coupling to prevent damage to main components due to transmission overload.

6. Featuring an integral base and a closed transmission mode, the machine is both safe and user-friendly.

7. The machine is equipped with an emergency button and pulling rope as safety measures.

8. It includes four sets of lubrication devices, suitable for grease lubrication.
