1. The cylinder (piston) uses an optimized seal structure, renowned for its smart design and dependable functionality. It utilizes high-quality YX type seals.Our polyurethane seals resist oil and aging better than standard rubber seals. The double seal structure is user-friendly, ensuring easy maintenance and replacement.

2. Fully automatic control system: Enjoy features like automatic mold closing, precise exhausting, consistent heating, stable temperature maintenance, and efficient timing.It's equipped for automatic vulcanization, with alerts and automated mold opening, offering a seamless process management experience.

3. The vulcanizing temperature is adjustable and clearly displayed on the digital screen for straightforward monitoring.

4. Set vulcanizing time directly on the PLC screen. For instance, if a 1-minute cycle is needed, the machine will alert and open the mold automatically upon completion.

5. Constructed with high-grade #45 steel, the pillar's hardness, wear, and abrasion resistances are significantly enhanced through quenching and tempering.

6. The top beam and bottom plate are crafted from high-quality Q-235A ductile iron, with post-welding treatments to relieve internal stress and prevent deformation.

7. The plunger is composed of LG-P cold hard alloy steel, featuring a high hardness surface and wear resistance. With a chilled layer depth of 8-15mm and a hardness of HRC 60-70, it promises remarkable durability.

8. Key hydraulic components are imported from Taiwan, surpassing local brands to ensure superior performance and reliability.
